Read ’em (Don’t Weep)

I’ve used these tips I’ve learned to reach and maintain a healthier weight. What I can tell you, is that if you follow these guidelines, you’ll discover that much, if not most, of the packaged foods we are offered have limited fibre, and far too much fat, sodium, and sugar.
