In this case, the C and C stands for cumin and coriander. We tossed this delicious, fresh cauliflower with some sliced red onion, extra-virgin olive oil, and some cumin and coriander. The whole thing went on the grill in a foil packet, while the pork chops cooked. They had a lovely, caramelized smoky flavour.
1/3 head of fresh Ontario cauliflower
1/2 large red onion, peeled and sliced vertically
5ml/1tsp cumin
5ml/1tsp ground coriander
15ml/1tbsp EVOO
Toss all ingredients together. Wrap in a foil packet and put on the grill while it heats up for whatever else you’re grilling. Turn occasionally. It will take about the same amount of time as a chicken breast or a pork chop (or a large portobello) until it’s done. Enjoy!
